Response times

BidVault is operated as a final-year student project rather than a commercial business, so response times are best-effort. The default target is one working day from when a ticket lands.

Reporting a listing

If you spot a listing that looks like a scam, is selling prohibited items or is otherwise problematic, file a ticket above with the auction URL under the “Auction dispute” category. The admin team reviews reports daily.
